Where Can You Watch Dune: Part Two (2024)? Check Streaming, Rental, Purchase, and Legal Free Options

You can stream Dune: Part Two (2024), the second part of Denis Villeneuve's saga, on Max and Netflix with a subscription, according to Polygon. You can rent or buy it from Prime Video, Apple TV and other digital stores, while JustWatch reports no legal free stream.

Warner Bros. Discovery presents it as Villeneuve's continuing adaptation starring Timothée Chalamet and Zendaya. Your cheapest legal path depends on subscriptions you already hold and whether you want temporary access or long-term ownership.

Where can you stream it with a subscription?

Warner Bros. Discovery set the subscription-streaming debut on Max for Tuesday, May 21, 2024, in its Warner Bros. Discovery announcement via WebWire. Rotten Tomatoes still lists Max as a subscription home. That makes Max the longest-running subscription option in the packet. Polygon listed Dune: Part Two for subscription viewing on both Netflix and Max in its 2025 Oscars viewing guide.

That meant U.S. viewers with either subscription could watch without a separate transaction. Empire later reported in September 2026 that the film had just arrived on Netflix too. New On Netflix UK gives Sept. 10, 2026 as the added date for Netflix UK. Availability therefore varies by country and needs an active Netflix subscription. Check the Max and Netflix apps in your own country before assuming access.

How do rental and purchase work?

Warner Bros. made paid digital access available from April 16, 2024, with purchase at $29.99 and 48-hour rental at $24.99, as Collider reported in its digital and disc release-dates report. Collider listed Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Google Play, Fandango at Home, YouTube and Vudu as launch stores.

Purchase keeps the title in your library, while rental covers a 48-hour window. Rotten Tomatoes currently lists the film for rent or purchase through Fandango at Home, Apple TV and Prime Video. That pay-per-view route suits non-subscribers. Compare the rental fee against one month of a subscription if you only want one viewing.

JustWatch states in its UK tracker that there are not any free streaming options for Dune: Part Two right now. That means no legal ad-supported free stream is available. Viewers must use a paid subscription, rental, purchase or library disc.

Yardbarker noted that a reported free Tubi move covered Dune: Part One. The same report said Part Two was not yet making the leap to free TV. Do not confuse Part One listings with Part Two availability.

What should you check before you pay?

Prices and catalogs shift by country and date. Use this quick check to avoid paying twice.

Netflix UK added the film on Sept. 10, 2026, according to New On Netflix UK tracking, so timing differs outside the U.S. Confirm the title, price and viewing window on the checkout screen before paying.

  • Check Max first if you already pay for it, then Netflix in your country.
  • Choose 48-hour rental for one viewing and purchase only for rewatching.
  • Search Part Two by full title, not Part One, especially on free apps.
  • Ask your local library about the disc if you want no streaming fee.
