Will Spider Betray the Sully Family?
In the Avatar movies, Spider is the human kid raised by the Sully family like one of their own. His real dad is Colonel Quaritch, the big bad guy from the first film who came back in a new body. Everyone wonders if Spider will turn against the Sullys because of that family tie. But from what we know about the latest movie, Avatar: Fire and Ash, it looks like Spider stays loyal no matter what.
Spider’s full name is Miles Socorro. He lost his parents in the war on Pandora and grew up with Jake Sully’s kids: Neteyam, Lo’ak, Kiri, and Tuk. The Sullys treat him as family, even though he is the only full human among them. He wears an exopack to breathe on Pandora and cannot bond with the Na’vi like they do.
