Colonel Miles Quaritch has been the main bad guy in the Avatar movies since the first one. He leads the RDA, the human group that wants to take over Pandora for its resources. Quaritch died in the original film but came back in a Na’vi body called a Recombinant. In Avatar: The Way of Water, he chased Jake Sully and his family across the oceans.
